Qualifications:
-Good communication and computer skills are necessary
-Ability to incorporate anti-racist and anti-oppressive practices and principles in their work
-Working knowledge of domestic violence, sexual violence, stalking, and human trafficking is required
-Able to work in time-sensitive situations and to be able to be flexible as needed
-Expert knowledge of a range of Deaf experiences
-Knowledge of and ability to work within the family services and various system
-Ability to create Public Service Announcements, videos and fliers
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
-Willing to attend professional development trainings
-Ability to maintain boundaries with survivors and staff
-Ability to use trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and non-judgmental language when responding to clients, colleagues, board members, and community members
